If payment is not made by the stated deadline, the room will be offered to applicants on the waiting list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If demand exceeds available rooms, applicants will be placed on a waitlist. You will be notified if you are waitlisted and if rooms become available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All conference attendees are welcome to apply for on-site accommodation. We aim to offer as many affordable rooms as possible. However, as capacity is limited to 250 rooms, priority will be given to students. Where possible, preference will also be given to applicants requesting accommodation for the full duration of the conference.
