On-Campus Accommodation
As rooms are filling up quickly, please make sure to request your booking by 22 April.
We are pleased to introduce NUS on-campus accommodations for DIS 2026 attendees at highly competitive rates. Priority will be given to student attendees and to non-student attendees from underrepresented communities.

Closest proximity to the conference venue, University Town is the first of its kind in Singapore’s higher learning landscape.
Standard Room (Single Occupancy with Shared Facilities)
- Rate: SGD 67 per night
- Furnishings: Single bed, writing desk and chair, bookshelf, wardrobe, and mobile pedestal
- Facilities: Shared shower and toilet facilities, as well as kitchenettes located along the common corridors

Payment:
- We will contact you via email with payment details (this might take a couple of weeks)
- Please note that rooms will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment. If payment is not made by the stated deadline, the room will be offered to applicants on the waiting list.
- If demand exceeds available rooms, applicants will be placed on a waitlist. You will be notified if you are waitlisted and if rooms become available.
All conference attendees are welcome to apply for on-site accommodation. We aim to offer as many affordable rooms as possible. However, as capacity is limited to 250 rooms, priority will be given to students. Where possible, preference will also be given to applicants requesting accommodation for the full duration of the conference. Subject to availability, remaining rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are pleased to share that we have partnered with nearby hotels to offer preferential rates for DIS 2026 attendees.
Please note that the preferential rates apply only to selected room categories and must be used when booking directly through the hotel’s official website.
