Due to limitations in providing childcare at the conference venue, DIS 2025 is following the ACM policy regarding childcare arrangements: https://www.acm.org/special-interest-groups/volunteer-resources/conference-planning/conference-operations#childcare: “Due to the high liability involved with caring for children, the conference should not secure childcare on their own, hire any babysitting service, or utilise student volunteers to take care of children.”
We understand this might be a limitation for participants, so we recommend inquiring with hotels for the availability of childcare support, which might be available depending on the age of the children. We also asked locals with children, and here are a few services, with different requirements (e.g., full day, minimum hours):

Please be aware that the DIS 2025 organisation does not endorse these services. Parents/guardians should conduct their own research and make independent arrangements. We recommend verifying credentials, availability, and costs with these providers well before the conference dates. The conference organisers cannot be held responsible for any arrangements with these services.
If you have any questions regarding childcare options, don’t hesitate to contact the conference organisers at local@dis2025.acm.org. We will do our best to provide additional information.
To overcome these limitations, we have provided an accompanying person registration option, which will give access to coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners/events.
